1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services of Smart Targeting Roadmaps (Smart Targeting), sole proprietorship of Diaaeldin Soliman, Dresden, Germany. Deviating terms of the client are not recognized unless confirmed in writing.

2. Services
Smart Targeting provides marketing and consulting services (e.g., strategy, campaign management, PPC, digital advertising). The specific scope of work results from the respective offer or agreement.

3. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded by written acceptance of the offer or confirmation by email. Agreements and changes must be made in writing (including email).

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are net plus applicable VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice. In case of default, Smart Targeting may suspend services until full payment.

5. Client Duties
The client must provide all information, access, and materials necessary for performance on time. Delays caused by missing cooperation extend delivery deadlines accordingly.

6. Usage Rights
Work results may only be used within the agreed scope. Until full payment, all rights remain with Smart Targeting. Granting of usage rights is conditional upon full payment.

7. Liability
Smart Targeting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits), unless legally mandatory. Liability is excluded for damages caused by missing, delayed, or incomplete information provided by the client, whether intentional or unintentional. Smart Targeting is likewise not liable for non-intentional human errors.

8. Term and Termination
Unless otherwise agreed, the contract ends upon completion of the agreed service. Ongoing projects may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Services already rendered and binding commitments (e.g., booked ad budgets) must be remunerated in full.

9. Data Protection
The Privacy Policy at www.marketingstr.eu applies. Personal data is processed for contract fulfillment and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dresden, as far as legally permissible.

11. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
